Design is the space where your soul shines and flourishes ...

Whom you’ll work with

Thanks to my extensive travels and study of languages in Germany, France, Great Britain, Spain, and Hungary, I had the immense and enriching opportunity to learn and appreciate local cultures and their beauty. At this time, I became aware of the connections between the inner and outer worlds. I will gladly become your guide in finding your unique world on the road to your dream house, office, café, restaurant, etc. Simply a space that will reflect your inner world and at the same time will be a place with positive flow. House design is for me a separate topic because it is a symbol of happiness, harmony, peace, and privacy. At the same time, it is a space with unique reflection of soul, imagination, and dreams of those, who live in it.

I am here for those, who want to go deep. Those, want to see and know the connection between inner and outer world while respecting you, and the space you will live in. How we think directly influences our inner reality, and vice-versa. These things are closely connected. I am aware of these principles in my daily life on my quest to personal growth. For more than 23 years I have been working with clients individually, during workshops or lectures using these mental techniques. Everything that happens in our lives reflects the environment in which we live.

What does interior design mean to me?

The roots of my great love and enthusiasm for design, the beauty in the broader sense of the word, reach far back into my childhood. As a small child, I wondered about the distressed gardens and “the gray of communism” to transform them into cozy and beautiful places in my mind. Thanks to my parents, I was able to be a part of the construction of our house and reconstruction at an early age, because almost everything was being built or improved in our large family. My parents led me to love flowers, sewing, and music. In short, everything in this environment has given me a solid foundation for who I am today.

During my stay with an Asian family in the UK, where I was fascinated by Mandarin Chinese, I had a wonderful opportunity to discover Feng-Shui. I immediately applied this teaching in practice. Since then, Feng-Shui has become an integral part of my life and has fundamentally changed my view of what is hidden in the background of physical beauty and harmony. The principles of an energy flow can be incorporated into even a modern living. These are the challenges I enjoy the most.

What to expect

Together we will create a space that reflects your uniqueness and needs. As every human being is unique, the space in which we live should be authentic. At the same time, thanks to its intentional arrangement, we will support your unique gifts and abilities together. During my life I changed my place of residence 18 times. This always meant creating a cozy home from scratch and meeting the ergonomic and technical requirements and the Feng-Shui layout.

I will be happy to show you the principles of Feng Shui to discover the harmony in space and the natural flow of energy. The effects and effects of this system will be felt immediately in all areas of your life as a whole. I will be very pleased if I can help and share my passion for design in an international environment.

My projects

Family house, 2015

The first objective of the whole project was a complete reconstruction and creation of a cozy interior for us at that time four-member family, which was expanded by another member during the construction. The original three-story building with a perimeter of 6x6 m was connected to a 40 m long wine cellar. The condition of the property was in a deplorable state, but it won us over with a painting on the wall in the kitchen from the local painter. It was essential to approach the whole project very sensitively in order to preserve the original spirit of the house using modern technologies and needs for/of contemporary life.

In the interior I wanted to ensure maximum functionality with minimal furniture. Preserve, highlight and give new life to the original kitchen painting. It set the direction in which the entire interior should go. Traditional, natural and clean lines with a touch of originality. To create space for communication of more people, and especially a large table for dining on which we as a family pride ourselves. Stress the importance of and play with light in space, beams spanning the whole house, incorporating three bathrooms with toilets for children, parents and guests, creating a place especially for rest, study and listening to music. Very interesting element in this house is the lower floor with the original vaulted ceiling. Originally there was a planned and located study, eventually there was a place for a bedroom for better sleep in the underground.

Multifunctional building, 2017

My husband and I have developed the idea of building a multifunctional house that will serve as a guest house, space for tastings, training sessions, seminars and various social activities thanks to our wide range of interests. The plot on the upper side of which we have already lived on, encouraged to build another house at its bottom, due to its elevation of 2 meters and cascading garden. The aim was to build a house with complete equipment and division of individual zones. Create a social space and connect it interestingly with the entrance to the 40 meters long historic wine cellar.

Incorporate a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilets for women and men, so that the space can remain multi-purpose. All in a simple, modern and clean style using quality materials such as bricks, stainless steel and oak. Along with the reference to the history of the wine cellar itself and the surrounding environment into which the whole complex is set. It was also important to connect the house with the garden so that the guests have their own privacy and we did not disturb each other. Finally, I placed great emphasis on ensuring that the entire space was harmoniously balanced and applied as much as possible to the Feng-Shui system, which you do not see at first sight, but you feel clearly after a very short stay.

Apartments „U stařenky“, 2017

This house was built in 1903 and it is located in the heart of Moravian Slovakia. It was the birthplace of my previous two generations. My parents' wish was to return life to the uninhabited house within a few years. We decided to restore it and create four original holiday apartments. The aim was to preserve the premises as much as possible, and at the same time to lighten and enlarge them. To create a simple unit in which natural colors, materials, mainly solid oak wood and classic Moravian painting will blend together. Retain and integrate original elements so that the legacy of local folklore, which is central to this area, can continue to live and be present for generations to come.

My parents' determination to embark on this very demanding reconstruction, given their age, was and still is truly unique. It was only because of their courage, diligence and hard work that we could get to where we are today. The idea of a simple remodeling took its first demolition of walls and pulling all floors. Thanks to the connection of all of us, this complex was renovated within three years. All apartments have their own unique charm, each is different and original.

Wine cellar "U starého presu" 2019

This wine cellar is located in South Moravia and the owners demanded the creation of a cozy interior for recreational housing and arrangement of the space that it looks airy and clean. The building is from the 1870s and is set in an area of old wine cellars and residential houses. The owners demanded an interior design incorporating the original mini kitchen, leaving dark roof beams, the original spruce floor and a hallmark referring to stylish rustic living. I chose here white furniture blending with wood in combination with blue color, which is typical for this area.

U.S.A., 2013

This project was dear to my heart because it was for my brother living with his family in the United States. He bought the house for himself and his two children. The assignment was to suggest something half American and half European; a completely new kitchen, an audio system in the ceiling throughout the house, two small bathrooms for children, an on suit, and one guests bathroom. He wanted to redecorate and somehow make it cozier. In short, something for everyone to find a piece of themselves; all in a five weeks timeframe.

With the gradual demolition, we unexpectedly added the replacement of flooring, which in the States to my amazement everyone the same, differing only in color. Wherever I go, miracles happen. Local flooring store received a shipment of an extravagant tile; too brave for Americans, yet perfect and modern for Europeans. The house dictated its needs to be changed and remodeled and time was running out. In front of the house were trucks with lots of material and equipment. Again, I had the opportunity to fit into the role of a full-fledged crew member, which is part of the job and I love it. The feeling of creating new and beautiful spaces under your hands is unique. The photos you see here were taken 2 hours before departure to the airport, but we managed to complete everything, and my brother enjoys a beautiful house.

Praha, 2019

The project was originally a classic “ordinary” renovation of an old ground floor apartment from the early 19th century. After uncovering the walls, we discovered serious moisture problems of the masonry and the whole apartment had to be professionally remediated.
The aim of the project was to enlarge and illuminate the entire space, with enough storage space, creation of a new bathroom, maxi kitchen with storage space to the ceiling, a spacious bedroom, dressing room in the former technical room and living room with working area.

The original layout of the apartment was left, but we achieved a better use of space mainly due to the relocation of the technical room. This created room for a new boiler, washing machine and dryer. The dropped ceilings have been eliminated, making the space optically larger and the original bathroom moved into the kitchen space to align with the adjoining wall. For heating, I’ve chosen heating panels placed on the ceiling, creating an interesting element throughout the interior. Throughout the apartment is a solid oak floor. White color blends both the walls and the kitchen. The contrasting black and gold color accessories were chosen here on selected pieces of decorations and furniture, the original lighting in the dining room, all made according to my design.

Lety u Dobřichovic, 2020

This project required the creation a cozy office environment for five people, a space for business meetings with the possibility of showcasing products for sale, with the use of Feng-Shui. All this in a purely technical and industrial space with large windows. Some of the merchandise sold comes from Australia. I chose a wallpaper corresponding with this country for the whole wall of the common area, also a golden frame, to correlate the antique chandeliers. The storage closet was created along one wall and is hidden behind a curtain, which optically creates a wall and makes the space more comfortable.

The colors and design of the carpets were used in the individual Feng-Shui zones to support and grow them, which led to the elevation of individual pieces of furniture. A separate space was created for the co-owner of the company, defined by an antique desk. For this purpose, mirrors in gold frames were placed in the back, optically expanding the space. This guided the incoming person to the "living room" that is reflected in them. The whole space including the company name is then decorated with natural materials - moss, cotton flower, wood or live flowers. At the main entrance is a pair of so-called flower planting guards who attract a stream of positive energy, opportunities and people into this space.

Hodonín, 2013

The old apartment of 90 m² bought by a young couple had the main idea and task: to be illuminated to the maximum, incl. bathrooms, storage space and the idea that they can grow into it. The owners wished to have a large kitchen in the space. Thanks to the owners’ love for cooking, she also had a considerable collection of cookbooks, for which she wanted a library and a working corner right in the kitchen. The luxfer wall creates an interesting interior element and brings daylight to the bathroom. Another wish was to have flooring with wood decor and the creation of a library under the staircase in the common space. The whole apartment is dominated by white color, stainless steel elements, all completed with dark tiles.
